A large residential complex was built in Lviv by RIEL. The main engineering systems were developed in the project: heating and ventilation, water supply and drainage, electrical solutions, boiler room, boiler room automation. The solution for sewage systems was not typical, because due to the lack of parking, the networks were laid under the foundation slab and a complex of measures for planned maintenance and operation of the networks was foreseen.

The complex is divided into 2 functional sections (business center and commercial office center). The object is interesting because the business center is a 15-story building with glass facades, the solution for laying engineering networks is organized near the rigid core of the building with designated areas for maintenance. The building has two levels of underground parking.

"Vertical" shopping and office center

The main engineering systems were developed in the project: heating, ventilation and air conditioning, water supply and drainage, electrical solutions, refrigeration plant, boiler house, automation of refrigeration plant and boiler house.

The project envisages a heating and cooling center, the main source of heat is provided by chillers with the function of a heat pump, the auxiliary source is gas fuel and an electric boiler. The operation of the equipment is fully automated and allows you to adjust the internal parameters of the system according to the tenant's requirements, and the heat source is switched according to the specified work algorithms.

A hospital complex (five sites -Akotombra, Elubo, Nsuaem, Bogoso, Wassa Dunkwa) with an appropriate set of facilities (hospital, ward block, mortuary, utility block, mother and child building, kitchen, etc.) in the Republic of Ghana, Africa.

Execution project for a foreign company ... All engineering calculations were carried out in accordance with local building regulations. The object was executed in the Revit environment, all specifications and detailing were developed in the BoQ form. According to the functionality, the hospital building was divided into several functional buildings (medical, surgical, maternity, etc.)

The main engineering systems were developed in the project: water supply and drainage. The project is carried out according to local regulations.

The drainage system uses modern energy-saving equipment for wastewater treatment. The water supply of the SPA center is organized according to technological solutions and provides for different water consumption zones that require high-quality water preparation.

Reconstruction of the existing concrete plant with installation of additional equipment for the production of mineral mixtures (asphalt concrete) at the address: st. Promyslova, 5, m. Uzhhorod, Zakarpatska oblast.

The project provides for the reconstruction of the existing concrete plant, the Customer purchased a line for the production of mineral mixtures. Our company performed a complex of design works taking into account technological solutions, construction, engineering networks, construction technology and reducing the sanitary protection zone to the existing building.

Construction of a canopy and reconstruction of a transshipment station in the industrial zone 89502, Zakarpattia region.., m. Chop, Uzhgorodska St., 7, on its own plot of land.

The maximum height is 18,680 m.

The project consists of 3 silos, each loading 2079 tons of grain. In the design process, the stipulated conditions due to the proximity of the railway track to the pit of the silos were taken into account. Designing of boreholes, boreholes and coveyers.

A system was installed at the factory that did not work correctly, our engineers analyzed the aerodynamic calculation of the existing system, changed the layout within the existing specification. Our electrical solutions project includes a wide range of areas covering both common areas and technical areas, including parking, using modern design technologies in the BIM environment.

The project takes into account engineering networks and coordination of engineering systems using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks software, which allowed to avoid conflicts and ensure optimal location of equipment.

The project for the development of water supply and sewage systems for the SPA complex in Georgia includes the integration of modern engineering solutions into the complex conditions of the existing building.

The central aspects of the project include the creation of an efficient hot water supply system, the optimization of the radial water supply system and the implementation of a highly efficient sewage system using pumping equipment.

To achieve high accuracy in the design and coordination of all engineering systems, the project was developed using the Autodesk Revit program, which provided a detailed 3D modeling of the complex. Project coordination and conflict resolution between existing and new engineering systems was handled through Navisworks, which helped streamline the project and ensure its implementation without significant delays or additional costs.

Construction of a residential complex by "Villa Magnolia" LLC as part of: a multi-apartment residential building with built-in premises on the street. M. Pymonenko - str. Pasichna in the horticultural society "Geologist" in Lviv.

External electric lighting, developed as part of the project using Autodesk AutoCAD, DIALux and DIALux Evo programs, is an integrated system that not only provides effective lighting of the object, but also adds to its aesthetic appearance. Taking into account all the requirements of the State Building Regulations (DBN), as well as all the wishes of the customer, we carefully calculated and designed every detail and component of the system.

In connection with the difficult conditions caused by hostilities in the territory of Donetsk region, the design of water supply and sewage systems for the reconstruction of a school in the city of Selidove includes a number of specialized and adaptive solutions.

The project of external water supply and sewage systems for the school in Selidovo was designed taking into account the difficult conditions caused by military actions. Thanks to innovative solutions and adaptation to local conditions, the reliability, safety and environmental friendliness of the functioning of these systems is ensured, which is the key to the long-term operation of the school complex.
